Selection Process:

• Getting requisition letter from the client with cut off date and time
• Short listing the candidates who will match the clients requirements
• Viva with subject experts.
• Conducting written tests to test the knowledge of the candidate
• Demonstration classes to judge the teaching skills & communication skills of the candidate
• Final interview with the director
• Sending these selected candidates in 1:2 ratio according to the client requirements
• After getting the clients approval appointment letters will be given to the candidates on behalf of the client.
