Selection Process:
- Getting requisition letter from the client with cut off date and time
- Short listing the candidates who will match the clients requirements
- Viva with subject experts.
- Conducting written tests to test the knowledge of the candidate
- Demonstration classes to judge the teaching skills & communication skills of the candidate
- Final interview with the director
- Sending these selected candidates in 1:2 ratio according to the client requirements
- After getting the clients approval appointment letters will be given to the candidates on behalf of the client.
